Table 31 Restaurant Review: Chef/proprietor Chris Scarduzio brings his passion for Italian food to this steakhouse bistro in a corner of the Comcast Center high-rise in the heart of downtown. Order one of the best Prime steaks around, the 14-ounce New York strip, or dig into a plate of homemade cavatelli in a San Marzano tomato sauce spiked with pancetta.
