THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Tackle Box Restaurant Review:

About the size of a genuine tackle box and with much the same rustic appeal, Hook’s little sister restaurant, Tackle Box, is touted as the only lobster shack in town, and its salty appearance suggests Maine and seaworthy meals. The restaurant also takes seafood down to the casual-diner level and makes even the oyster po’ boy sandwich an affordable treat. Plus those fries, cooked up fresh in big vats of hot oil, will appeal to the shirtsleeves crowds who snap up tables at mealtimes. You can eat at communal wooden planks, or stand at counters at the side. Either way, you can get a bird’s eye view of what’s cooking in the open kitchen. You can go bargain hunting with sandwiches or spend a little more on the Maine Meal, which features a grilled fish of the season, with two sides and accompanying sauces. You may find freshly baked pies for dessert, or you may decide that all those fries have added on too many calories.
