Taco Boy Restaurant Review: The downtown Taco Boy straddles the historic district but is in an urban area that hasn't benefited much from development in the last decade. But the gamble has paid off as the colorful, hip setting is a success. The Baja fish tacos go nicely with the Cadillac margarita, but diners may also opt for grilled fish, tempura shrimp and sautéed shrimp tacos, as well as more classical meat tacos and a pair of vegetarian options. Serving sizes are portioned for one nibbler; hungry diners should order two tacos to start. We think we’d have to be mighty thirsty to try the Michelada: a Mexican beer served with fresh sangrita over ice in a salt-rimmed glass. Also located at 18 Center St., Folly Beach, 843-588-9761.
