Taka Restaurant Review: If Taka is packed and it’s hard to get a table, you can grab a stool at the sushi bar and enjoy some of the seafood straight from the chefs. Taka’s kitchen marries Western and Japanese cuisines. Start with spicy tuna tartare with avocado and a quail egg, and then try the baked black cod, which is marinated in Taka’s special saikyou miso and served with steamed rice and an organic vegetable sauté. Don’t skip out on dessert with green tea crème brûlée on the menu. |
