Tash Restaurant Review: Tash offers succulent grilled meats with seasonings culled from Persia and other Middle Eastern regions. The menu emphasizes kebabs with sides of grilled vegetables. Perhaps the most memorable kebab in the entire metro area is Tash’s spicy lamb kubideh, a dish of chopped lamb grilled with Asian eggplant rounds. Breads, appetizers like baba ghanouj, and sides of zucchini or eggplant make for a complete meal. There’s a full bar and a happy hour as well, but try some of the Persian tea with shards of sugar on the side for an unusual and refreshing pick-me-up.
