| THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED NAMES TO GOTT’S ROADSIDE. Taylor's is a wonderful anachronism right smack dab in the middle of the wine trail. People gather to sample burgers, fries, tacos, and shakes so thick a straw is, happily, useless. Keep in mind this is Napa Valley’s idea of a burger joint---so along with elevated takes on the classics, grab a rare ahi burger with ginger wasabi mayo, garlic fries, and a Chardonnay to go (out to one of the picnic tables).
