THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED NAMES TO ANTHONY’S STEAKHOUSE. Charcoal-grilled steaks and seafood are the specialties coming out of the exhibition-style kitchen at Terzetto. Look for oysters on the half shell from the raw bar. Prime cuts of beef on the reserve list come from the Marnell family's Double Fork Ranch. Interesting dishes include the BLT soup served with a mini grilled cheese; rack of lamb with truffle ratatouille; and pan-seared sea bass with a sesame-soy glaze. Sit out on the patio for views of the pool and the Strip to the north.
