Thomas Hill Organics Restaurant Review: Inventive chef Julie Simon and her staff not only pride themselves on preparing true farm-to-table cuisine at Thomas Hill Organics, they also invite you to travel the globe with them as well. Though the menu is seasonal, dishes have included everything from tuna tataki to chicken wings confit with sriracha glaze, a shiitake mushroom burger, a pork belly banh mi, a wood-fired margherita pizza and a grass-fed T-bone with compound butter. Desserts will usually bring a rustic fruit tart and something like a chocolate pot de crème with macerated cherries. Local wines are celebrated, with a good by-the-glass list and even some half-glass options. The most popular tables are outside on the European-style patio, but there’s also indoor seating for rainy days or special events.
