 Tifa Chocolate Restaurant Review: Little known outside its neighborhood, Tifa is a French-style artisan chocolatier specializing in miniature chocolate confections with unconventional flavors. Artistically enrobed chocolates are filled with creams like strawberry-balsamic vinegar, blackberry-Cabernet, truffle oil-rosemary-chestnut honey---even a little edible jewel of blue cheese-Italian honey in white chocolate ganache that succeeds in being a marvelous cross between cheese course and dessert. The shop is equally well known for its two dozen hot chocolate drinks, infused with the likes of ginger, lavender or mango, as well as its weekly educational and fun chocolate tastings. Tifa also offers coffee drinks and gelato, enjoyed at a handful of tables, or on the run. |
