Owner-chef Carlos Corredor has a solid background in Spanish and Latin American cooking, and it shows in his duck-leg confit and his bacalao of salt cod and potatoes, which he serves with a cilantro-mint salsa. You also will find marvelous sweetbreads, grilled quail and sautéed kidneys. The décor benefits from a colorful paint job.
