The noodles are slippery, the dumpling skins silky, the crispy chicken crackling, and the tofu light and airy.

Tina Louise Restaurant Review

: Tina Louise, the actress who played Ginger Grant on Gilligan's Island, is not the proprietor of Tina Louise. Tina and Louise are two Shanghai-born sisters who created this warm, welcoming restaurant with an exotic interior of brick and ocher and a glowing pressed-copper ceiling. We suggest the wontons, soft, wrinkled packets in a peanut-y hot sauce. Also good: pan-seared beef with ginger and scallions, spicy golden sesame chicken, and the chef's special of crispy coated jumbo shrimp and scallops.
