| The only two offerings in this handsome dining room are Mongolian barbecue and Mongolian hot pot. If you choose the barbecue, you assemble your own ingredients from the selection laid out in refrigerated cases, hand them to the cooks (who will cook them on the large central grill), and return to your table to eat. If you choose the hot pot, you will get a charcoal brazier filled with stock along with plates of vegetables and noodles. After cooking the vegetables in the stock and eating them, you drink the remaining savory soup. There’s plenty of help from the staff---enjoying these simple and inexpensive meals is not as complicated as it might seem. |
