THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Trattoria Amici Restaurant Review:

The former outpost for acclaimed Chef Fabio Flagiello’s Fabio Trattoria restaurant (which as since moved to a prized Venice location) is now home to the similar Trattoria Amici and its owners. It’s basic trattoria fare beginning with antipasti and appetizers. Popular choices include rolled eggplant with goat cheese, marinated tomatoes and pesto and sliced mozzarella and tomatoes with steamed asparagus. For the main course, there is a variety of pizzas, pastas, meat and seafood dishes. Some signature fare: grilled lamb chops with Dijon-thyme sauce and chicken ravioli with broccoli and mushrooms. The décor is reminiscent of an Italian kitchen. Make that Italian kitchen meets California beach---try to get seats with ocean views.
