Then at dinner, the tables are draped with cloth, lit by candles and adorned with fresh flowers, creating an intimate setting for more robust fare such as Swedish meatballs with pickles, broiled Norwegian salmon with shrimp beurre blanc, and duck breast with a blueberry purée and Swedish cereal stuffing.
