Tutto Italia Restaurant Review: This is one of our favorite spots at Epcot; with the Patina Group managing the front of the house and the kitchen, it’s a well-run operation that just seems to get better every visit. Servers from Italy make it all the more fun, as do the umbrella-covered outdoor tables that offer a nice spot for people-watching. The menu changes seasonally, but we suggest the authentic dishes---starting with the prosciutto di Parma wrapped around melon. Move on to beef tagliata with fennel-arugula salad or the Ligurian trofie pasta with basil pesto and white beans. For dessert, the cannolis are house-made, the gelati and sorbetti a delight.
