THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Tutto Mare Restaurant Review:

With its mahogany-and-glass décor and white tile floors, Tutto Mare looks like it belongs in New York---although it does offer a covered patio with lots of greenery. The menu changes every six months, but a few things always remain such as angel hair pasta with prawns, crab and lobster; grilled prawns with cannellini beans; and black-and-white pasta with shrimp and scallops. Both California and Italian wines are available, many by the glass. Sunday brunch combines buffet and made-to-order service. It's a bit pricy compared to à la carte brunches, but well worth it.
