Combos are the way to go, so step up to the counter and pile it on with brisket, moist chicken and tender pulled pork, adding on first-rate sides: creamy coleslaw, fried mac ‘n’ cheese and chili buoyed by bits of meat. Grab condiments from next to the counter---there’s a wall of hot sauces, along with giardiniera, pickles and pickled jalapeños. Kids like the place, too, especially since they get a wooden coin to redeem for ice cream and “tattoos” on the way out the door.
