There’s a buzz that surrounds Wailuku Town; it’s a hip place to shop, check out live shows and dine. Unisan, a combination sushi spot, full-menu restaurant and nightclub, is part of the excitement. A few pasta dishes and local plate-lunch fare are on offer, but we prefer the long list of creative sashimi and nigiri sushi with the freshest ahi, hamachi, crab and ebi. Live jazz, blues and contemporary Hawaiian musicians perform later in the week. A private dining area comes equipped with full karaoke services---perfect for that birthday or special event.
