Vagabond Restaurant & Bar, located in the renovated 1950s-era hotel of the same name, boasts a fun vibe with sputnik chandeliers, sleek furniture and a sunken bar. Chef Alex Chang incorporates global flavors while staying true to local, sustainable farming. Adventurous palates might be tempted by pan-seared beef heart with warm egg yolk and shiitake mushrooms, or crispy pig's head with tomatillo salsa, avocado leaf hummus and cilantro. There are also plenty of crowd-pleasing dishes, including jerk chicken wings, grilled skirt steak and a cheeseburger. For dessert, guests will find options like Key lime and sorrel curd or pineapple upside down cake.
