Varka Fishhouse Restaurant Review: Chef George Georgiades prepares fish from all over the world with Mediterranean style. Consider ordering anything from the charcoal grill and some of the Greek dishes, the chef's specialty; among the choices are lobster gyros and stuffed grape leaves. And say yes to the traditional baklava for dessert with its layers of phyllo spread with almonds, walnuts and orange honey syrup. For something different, there’s galactobourico, a semolina custard wrapped in phyllo and drenched with orange-lemon zest syrup.
