The circular second-floor dining room gives a stunning, near-180-degree view of the city's Inner Harbor. Artfully placed mirrors make sure diners facing inward, too, experience the fabulous view that brings this place to life. The menu leans toward Italian, running merrily from individual pizzas to pastas galore to veal picatta to chicken Marsala. But it also diverges just enough---think tequila barbecued pork and rare yellowfin tuna with soy and wasabi---to suit a lively bar/marina crowd that congregates here in summertime. All is, for the most part, competently executed, if occasionally heavy-handed. In summer, request a seat outdoors on the waterside deck.
