THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Vin Antico Restaurant Review

: This warmly decorated dining room, all brick walls, soft lighting and featuring an open kitchen, will put you in the mood for chef Ed Vigil’s creative, seasonal Italian cuisine. Vigil, known in Marin for his emphasis on seasonal, organic ingredients, creates dishes such as a fritto misto of assorted vegetables, flatbread pizzettas with hot toppings, cool arugula salad and a range of pastas and entrées. The wine list is worth exploring, because it features many boutique Italian vintages by the glass or the bottle. Nice after-dinner sweet wines, as well.

Vin Antico- San Rafael

Went to Vin Antico last week and was blown away by the change of menu from the new chef (Ed). I have been there in the past and enjoyed it, but they have really stepped it up more than a few notch's. Love their salads and really enjoyed the homemade pasta chitarra.
The food is amazing and the wine expert, Fabrizio, was very knowledgeable about his wines.
We loved the music and elegant but casual atmosphere. The best part is having the San Francisco eating experience, without the hassle of driving into the city!
