| A combination upscale restaurant and Saturday farmers market, chef Vincent Guerithault’s upscale bistro features a short menu complemented by homemade stocks, sauces, handcrafted pâté, puff pastry and sorbets plus fresh produce, herbs, specialty cheeses, breads and wines. Choose from the half dozen tables inside the shop and on the patio, or take your dishes to go. Favorites include salmon quiche, pain au chocolat, apricot pizza, pissaladière, lovely goat cheese nachos with spicy bell pepper jelly and Vincent’s signature coq au vin. Each evening offers a special plate for just $10, like Wednesday’s skewered shrimp, scallop and salmon with sautéed spinach. Pizzas are a major draw, crafted in a wood-burning oven, with extra special prices and recipes on Fridays. |
