This bright little restaurant with a window on Main Street offers superb quality in an unpretentious and inexpensive way. Chef/Owner Vinh Hua gained a following among foodies here when they discovered his cuisine by word-of-mouth at the Aspen Meadows of the Aspen Institute. Vinh is renowned for his authentic Vietnamese cuisine with a contemporary flair. To start, we recommend the asparagus and crabmeat soup, steamed shrimp and pork dumplings, pan-seared crabcakes, and Vietnamese-style shrimp and crab ravioli. Popular entrées are the Mekong volcano shrimp, seafood claypot, delta tiger prawns, and rack of lamb with red curry sauce. And we like to take advantage of the inexpensive (under $10) luncheon specials.
