Viridiana Restaurant Review:

A chic palette of black and white is brought to life with posters from Luis Buñuel's classic movies, stamping chef Abraham Garcia’s renowned creativity and sense of humor all over this informal dining space. The menu changes every two weeks, allowing for inspired culinary creations. Starters may include honeyed saffron with prawns and asparagus, or snails with herbs, garlic and mayonnaise. Mains have ranged from roast lamb shoulder with tempura artichokes and watercress salad to grilled Ebro Delta squid. A relatively condensed wine list offers some of the finest mature vintages from Spain and France, many of which have been chosen by Garcia himself: he is an accomplished wine connoisseur in his own right, so be sure to ask for his personal recommendations. Finish with the dark chocolate ice cream with vanilla rum, or mango and papaya with passion fruit sauce.
