| It’s an endless California summer at this downtown fish taco outpost that hails from Costa Mesa, California. We like the classic namesake tacos filled with shredded lettuce, cabbage and tomatoes, starring delicately charbroiled or blackened wahoo, a light, sweet Hawaiian fish. Tacos are served with sides of ahi rice and black or spicy Cajun white beans. Not fishing? Go for the shrimp, chicken, steak, braised lean pork tacos or the teriyaki steak Maui bowl featuring rice and meat. Vegetarians are welcome; dishes are prepared with all-natural ingredients and veggies are cooked separately from the meat. |
