Water & Wine Restaurant Review: Although many dishes tempt, the pasta selections are standouts. “Spaghetti” comes studded with lobster meat dusted with toasted herb bread crumbs as well as roasted shallots for deep, rich flavor, all napped with sherry lobster sauce. Steaks and chops are offered in appealing preparations, and seafood never takes a backseat. The notable wine list complements the fare. Service is professional.
