Watermark Grille Restaurant Review: This family-run restaurant focuses on seafood, although there are several turf selections as well. Try the calamari---a test of any good kitchen---as an appetizer, and the blackened chicken Caesar salad. Pasta entrées give vegetarians some welcome choices, including baked vegetable lasagna or vegetable primavera. Numerous seafood options include fresh Sorrento grouper, Alaskan king crab legs and mahi mahi. One favorite is the baked seafood platter, a combination of shrimp, fresh fish and scallops topped with a lemon-dill sauce. The family-friendly menu welcomes children and the desserts are always a great finish.
