THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Wildhorse Saloon Restaurant Review:
Run by the owners of the Grand Ole Opry and Opryland Hotels, this giant country music bar is the place to go live music, free line-dancing lessons and slow-cooked barbecue. Munch on the cornbread, spiked with whole kernels and cheddar cheese and topped with brown sugar, while you peruse the menu. We recommend the ribs, smoked for a full day and brushed with brown sugar to enhance the meats flavor, served with the spicy sauce on the side. Or you could try the meatloaf made with andouille sausage, served with garlic mashed potatoes. Side dishes like sugary baked beans, black-eyes peas, and collard greens with bacon complete the Southern extravaganza. Loosen your belt and notch and move on to dessert: an apple cobbler, chocolate cakes with ice cream and berries or a slice of coconut cream pie. You can hit the dance floor with everyone else to burn the calories.
