Wildside Barbecue & Grill Restaurant Review: Wildside is on the busy corner of Summerlin and East Washington, with an open front porch that creates a breezy expansion of the dining room. They keep a smoker fired-up most of the time which renders chicken, beef and pork. If you can't decide, just go for the sampler platter with a helping of each. The homemade chili is also a tasty choice. Skip the burgers in favor of a quesadilla or big salad. The dining room is casual, with TVs and music, but we prefer the porch where you can escape most of the noise. Live music on the weekends draws a crowd. |
