| This Chantilly spot near the Expo Center adds another dimension to DC's burgeoning barbecue fantasies. For one, it's so casual you could probably drop by in your PJs and no one would care: the décor is low-tech warehouse, just the right note to set when you want to indulge. Two, indulging makes sense at a place where ribs are cut St. Louis-style and come with your choice of about 20 different pepper sauces to set your mouth ablaze. And third, even the sides are good. Besides, there is a daily specials board, which may offer a grilled pork sandwich Cuban-style served with coleslaw and other toppings on a fat bun. Homemade desserts include pecan pie and a fruit cobbler with whipped cream. |
