THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Wilson’s Restaurant Restaurant Review: You’ll feel like you’ve stepped back in time when you walk into Wilson’s, but in a good way. This mom-and-pop coffee shop has served a few generations of locals and has more than its share of devoted regulars. The old-school menu is what you’d expect --- pancakes, omelets, homemade biscuits, chicken-fried steak, corned beef hash, burgers, breakfast meats, etc. --- but the food is a notch above what’s offered at a lot of other similar spots. If you have room for dessert, go for the hot fudge sundae --- some patrons even plan the rest of their meal around it. Bottled beer and local wines are available. |
