The Wrigley Mansion Club Restaurant Review: The Wrigley Mansion Club, built by the chewing gum magnate in the late 1920s, is a destination for locals and out-of-towners for its architecture and Valley views from its mountaintop perch. (We highly recommend that you plan your meal to coincide with Arizona's spectacular sunsets.) Don't worry about the "members only" policy --- the club fee is a nominal $10 per year, which is donated to local charities. The concept has changed frequently over the past few years, but now has settled into an entirely comfortable and still interesting steakhouse theme of prime beef, handmade pastas, robust cocktails and a notable wine list.
