Sample some surprisingly complex Greek wines while relaxing against a backdrop of Greek folk music and softly romantic décor in shades of dove gray and Aegean blue. At Xios (pronounced khi-os), the setting makes it easy to forget you're in a suburban strip mall. Nor will the kitchen, which specializes in Greek island cuisine, do anything to dispel that happy illusion. Order à la carte---steamed mussels with an herbed ouzo cream sauce, spanakopita, pork cutlets with mushrooms and lemon sauce are all winners---or go for one of the Village Special samplers for two. Either way, it's clear sailing.
