Yanni's Restaurant Review: Sparse modern décor seems slightly out of place for the casual and homey Greek food served at this family-friendly spot, but don't let that stop you from dining here. It's the real thing when it comes to Greek cuisine. Yanni Avgoustiou commands the kitchen, and Mama Avgoustiou, his wife, makes the dolmathes and spanakopita. As a starter, we recommend pairing the tzatziki with aromatic stuffed grape leaves. For a main course, try the moist rotisserie chicken (order early because this dish is popular). Moussaka is also a hit, with its eggplant/meat sauce infused with cinnamon, nutmeg and clove, and layered with a creamy béchamel. There's an all-Greek wine list and plenty of retsina. For dessert, don't miss Mama's galaktoboureko, sticky custard-filled phyllo rolls.
