YEAH! BURGER Restaurant Review: YEAH! BURGER’s Virginia Highland outpost complements its sibling location, the flagship, on Atlanta's bustling Westside. The bison burger pairs well with a whole-wheat bun, topped with the house-made pimento cheese and caramelized onions. The beef, chicken and lamb (when available) are from grass-fed and pasture-raised animals produced at White Oak Pastures near Albany, Ga. The beef is best ordered medium rare to maximize its good flavor. Vegetarian and turkey options also make the line-up, as do gluten-free items. For side dishes, we recommend the fried potatoes or the fried pickles, ideal to dip into the signature YEAH! sauce. End the meal with a shake made with locally produced High Road Craft Ice Cream.
