YEAH! BURGER Restaurant Review: Customizable burgers are made using grass-fed beef and pasture-raised lamb and poultry from White Oak Pastures near Albany, Ga. For the former, insist on your desired doneness, because when cooked beyond medium, the beef becomes dry and dull, whereas the flavor pops when the meat is left at least medium rare. Onion rings and an unusual mint-enhanced coleslaw make fine accompaniments, but fries can be soggy. Classic pimento cheese tops the Southern hot dog, a piled-high incarnation that we found lost the great taste of the primary element. Better to get the simple grilled version with a few adornments. Gluten-free options are available. For dessert, there’s High Road Craft Ice Cream.
