Yet Tuh Restaurant Review

: Yet Tuh hides at the far end of a strip mall called International Park that's mostly devoted to Korean businesses, including other restaurants. Bamboo shades, a couple of wood-framed screens and a faux rock half wall attempt some Asian ambience. The TV is tuned to Korean language programming. The extensive menu isn't broken down into appetizer-to-main sections. Look at soups, then seafood and meat dishes (beef), and don't look for dessert. Once an order is placed, the waitress will bring hot barley tea (an acquired taste for some, but we like it) and water. And lots of banchan, or little side dishes, with pickles, kimchi, half a soy-soaked boiled egg, boiled cabbage and a spicy dipping sauce. The green onion seafood pancake comes sizzling and crispy, cut into wedges pizza-style; the serving is easily plenty for four to share. A warming soup with collard greens accompanies dishes. We chose the marinated grilled beef short rib (galbi), which arrived sizzling on a bed of grilled onions. Beers are the only alcohol.
