Yum Yum Cha Cafe Restaurant Review: With its little nine-table room and fresh food, Yum Yum Cha is delightfully different from the popular large-scale dim sum eateries. When in a leisurely mood, we start with a freshly brewed pot of golden chrysanthemum tea before ordering the moist steamed buns (bao) filled with chicken and ginger, or the turnip cake (law bak go) accented with bits of pork. Yum Yum's substantial rice roll is a big, warm noodle stuffed with shrimp or ground beef and anise flavoring. Yum Yum Cha Cafe is BYOB. Desserts include han yan tofu, a sweet, almond-flavored treat.
