Zapatista Restaurant Review: Power lunches and post-work munchies are the draw at this innovative, boisterous Mexican spot, which serves Serrano-zapped, tableside guacamole (with jícama sticks, no less) to spice-seekers. A fine starter is the cornmeal-crusted calamari with a spicy citrus aïoli and roasted pineapple-tomato salsa for dipping, but the shrimp empanadas, in our experience, were less than fresh. Al pastor tacos are sweetly accented with fresh pineapple, but mole-accented chicken is bland and unappealing. Burnt caramel ice cream, however, is a must for dessert. Dozens of tequilas --- known to fuel happy hour fun --- make for good sipping.
