The Parisian loft

Have you ever wished that you could take a taxi directly from the airport to your very own Paris apartment? Perhaps you thought it would be too expensive to acquire your own little piece of French paradise. Well, that's simply not the case. Loftparis offers an excellent private residence alternative to the city's major hotels and their crowds of tourists and businesspeople.

With loftparis, you have the choice of a loft, duplex or suite, all furnished and located on a one-way street in the popular Montmartre neighborhood featured in the film "Amelie." The world-famous Moulin Rouge is just steps away; beautiful views of the city from Sacre Coeur are a fifteen-minute climb; and department store shopping at Galeries Lafayette and Printemps is merely a twenty-minute walk. There are also several bus lines and two metro stops (Blanche and Place de Clichy) to assist you in making your way throughout the city.

Duplex, lower level	Living & dining spaces

The 1,300-square-foot, ground-floor loft boasts large windows with views onto the street and private garden. Its main room is furnished with a large dining room table, three sofas and a king-size bed. The space also includes a separate bedroom with another king-size bed, an eat-in kitchen and two bathrooms. Amenities include TV, Wi-Fi, complimentary ADSL Internet connection, a phone and a music system with collection of CDs.

The 1,100 square-foot duplex is comprised of a main room, one bedroom with a king-size bed, one bedroom with a large bed, a kitchen and a winter garden roof. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Amenities are basically the same as those in the loft. While more spartan in style, the studio is also well-equipped. All spaces are available for commercial use, casting, shooting or showroom display.
