Named after the famous royal chapel on the Île de la Cité in Paris, Ste Chapelle produces Idaho wines from the Snake River Valley AVA, created in 2007. Low in alcohol and with plenty of residual sugar, the 2010 Special Harvest Riesling is definitely on the sweet side, but not like a late harvest Riesling or ice wine. It offers fragrant aromas of peach, apricot and honeysuckle. It would pair well with pumpkin pie or pumpkin cheesecake.
