WINERY ORGANIZATIONS: CHILE

Winemaking began in Chile in the mid-1500s with the arrival of Spanish missionaries. Since then, nearly 60 varieties of grapes have been brought from Europe to be transplanted into Chilean soil, which produces some of the world’s finest Malbec and red blends.

This organization represents and promotes more than 90 Chilean wineries. The site features a yearly grape harvest report and links to Chilean wine events in the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland and Canada.
