Guinness Irish Whiskey Float in a Pilsner Glass
From March 11 to March 17, 2024, the prestigious Lotte New York Palace is celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with this newest cocktail creation: the Guinness Irish Whiskey Float.
As it will be served exclusively in the opulent Gold Room, the property’s signature cocktail bar, may we suggest you wear your gold instead of the traditional St. Patrick’s Day green.
If you are not in New York during that period, you can still enjoy the float at home with the recipe below.

INGREDIENTS
– 3 scoops Baileys Irish Cream ice cream
– Guinness Beer
– 1.5 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey

METHOD
• Place three generous scoops of the Bailey’s ice cream into a pilsner glass.
• Carefully fill the remainder of the glass with Guinness Beer.
• Pour the whiskey into a shot glass, which can be enjoyed as a float or accompaniment.
• Serve with straw(s).
