Eataly at Park MGM has launched Sip & Savor Wine Classes, monthly classes dedicated to exploring a different Italian “micro-country” each month.

Offered from March through July, each 90-minute class features an expert guiding guests through a selection of five to six premium wines from notable producers in the selected region paired with Italian bites.
Upcoming classes include March 15—Discover Toscana, April 5—Discover Trentino-Alto Adige, May 17—Discover Campania, June 14—Discover Umbria and July 12—Discover Abruzzo.
The cost is $75 per person (inclusive of tax and tip).

The neighborhood bakery and café by day and a restaurant and bar by night located in the Las Vegas Arts District, is hosting classes to give baking enthusiasts the chance to learn how to bake bread like a professional.

Led by head baker Noel Rosello, the baking process will be shown from start to finish, with items requiring lengthy prep time being pre-made and the finished baked goods crafted by the students taken home to enjoy.
The class schedule is:
– June 12—Brioche
– June 26—Sourdough
– July 10—Focaccia
– July 24—Sourdough
– August 7—Cherry Walnut
– August 21—Sourdough
– September 11—Epi & Baguette. 
The one-hour classes are $60 per person, are held from 3 to 4 p.m. and include wine, light snacks, a Q & A with chef Noel, recipe card and small container of sourdough starter.

The restaurant is hosting a bourbon pairing dinner featuring Garrison Brothers hosted by Garrison Brothers Distillery co-founder Charlie Garrison.

Courses are amuse of grilled Cajun shrimp shooter with mango, cucumber and Serrano chili paired with Chicken & Waffles Old Fashioned cocktail made with Garrison Brothers HoneyDew Bourbon, Hot Honey and Memphis Barbeque Bitters; pickled beet and wild blueberry salad with honey gastrique, pistachio and goat cheese matched with Garrison Brothers Lady Bird Bourbon; blackened halibut with butternut squash purée, spiced chickpeas and asparagus paired with Garrison Brothers Small Batch Bourbon; crispy pork belly with smoked tomato cheddar grits, baby kale and sumac sauce matched with Garrison Brothers Single Barrel Bourbon; and peach bread pudding with bourbon caramel glaze paired with Espresso Martini made with HoneyDew Bourbon, Mr Black Coffee Liqueur, espresso and demerara.

The restaurant will host a four-course chef-curated experience paired with premium wines from the South American Lapostolle Winery.

Courses are
– charcuterie, Calabrian chicken crostini, caprese and antipasti paired with Le Rosé, Apalta Valley, Chile;
– chilled shrimp gazpacho and arugula palmito salad with Parmesan and lime vinaigrette matched with Cuvée Alexandre Merlot, Apalta Valley, Chile;
– classic churrasco cuts of picanha, fraldinha and double bone-in pork chop accompanied with seasonal potatoes paired with Cuvée Alexandre Cabernet Sauvignon, Apalta Valley, Chile;
– indulgent churrasco cuts of bone-in ribeye, lamb chops and Wagyu NY strip served with seasonal potatoes matched with Le Petit Clos Red Blend, Apalta Valley, Chile;
– and Brazilian passionfruit mousse with berry compote and coffee.
The dinner will begin at 7 p.m. and the price is $89 per person plus tax and tip. In addition, guests will be offered a special price to take home a three-bottle collection from Lapostolle curated just for the event.
