Ardyn Restaurant Review

: Chefs Ryan Lory and Adam Bordonaro are behind Ardyn in Greenwich Village. The menu focuses on seasonal, local ingredients and features dishes like ahi tuna tartare, cavatelli with heirloom tomato and basil, and a Prime NY strip complemented by bordelaise. Among the cocktails, the Moment of Clarity blends gin, Lillet Blanc, orange bitters and lime juice.
