Antico Nuovo Restaurant Review:
Chef Chad Colby, formerly of chi spacca and Osteria Mozza, struck out on his own with Antico, which later evolved into Antico Nuovo. The Italian fare has a focus on handmade pastas and ancient cooking techniques, such as clay pots for cooking beans over fire. Menu items might include ricotta filled ravioli with tomato and basil; veal sweetbreads with maitake and marsala jus; and branzino with olives, capers and lemon.
