Le Dôme is one of the capital’s top seafood brasseries, with a neo-Art Deco interior, booths that provide cozy comfort and privacy for the high-powered patrons, and an appetizing carte. In addition to impeccably fresh oysters and the justly famous lobster salad in a truffled dressing, you can choose duck aiguillettes with slices of foie gras, buttered devilfish fin with spices or bouillabaisse that bears comparison with Marseille’s best. Service is precise, and the cellar is filled with bottles that incite you to splurge.
