Babouche blends the best of regional Moroccan cuisine and elegant French flair. Lattice lanterns, white tablecloths, and brightly hued pillows set the scene for an oasis escape from the city. Try the confit de canard or the Moroccan-style mussels as an appetizer. There’s Mediterranean-influenced vegetable couscous, kefta tagine, and shrimp brochettes to tempt your palate. If you can’t get away to Morocco, at least you can pretend. Belly dancers are available for special occasions.
