Bistrot Belhara in the 7th arrondissement features Basque-inspired cuisine from chef Thierry Dufroux, an alum of high-profile restaurants including Louis XV in Monaco. The menu highlights well-cooked meat and traditional recipes. In a quaint dining room with wood panels, banquettes and a stone floor, enjoy cep velouté with crusty bacon, tender calf sweetbread with purée, and chocolate genoise. Beware of the price of the set menu that can easily increase due to a few supplements.
